  • Where is Stumpys Bunches based?
    We are located in Footscray, Victoria. We love inner city weddings but we also love rural settings!
  • What travel costs need to be covered?
    If your wedding is located outside our 15km radius of the Footscray studio, costs for petrol, accommodation and vehicle requirements will need to be covered.
  • Do you only do wedding flowers?
    Stumpys Bunches can also cover events, activations or styled shoots. Email hello@stumpysbunches.com to enquire.
  • How far in advance can we book you for our wedding?
    Our wedding bookings open 12 months ahead. As we only book 30 weddings per year, it's really important to get in touch asap to see if we can style your big day.
  • What is your style and creative process?
    All we need from our clients is a colour palette. We have a very creative approach to florals and offer a bespoke, unique service to our clients. We love different so if you do too, we're going to have a great time.
  • Do I need to know about flowers?
    Absolutely not! Not many people have a huge knowledge of flowers and seasonal offerings. After our first chat, we'll get a good idea about the people you are and what you like. From there, we'll create a Floral Guide to show you what we have planned for your big day. We come in with styling suggestions and, from Shaina's photographic eye, we'll be able to create show stopping arrangements that will, not only, photograph incredibly from every angle but will take your breath away when you walk in the room.
  • Can I add things to the quote closer to the date?
    You sure can! We understand last minute add ons and you can add extra items up to two weeks prior to your celebration. We'll be in touch leading up to the big day to check in.

CONSULTATION We'll catch up via phone, Zoom or in person to discuss your vision and make sure we're on the same page

FLORAL GUIDE & QUOTE You'll receive an initial quote with a full itemised breakdown coupled with your floral guide. 

CONFIRMATION When you're happy to proceed, let us know via email and we'll convert your quote to an invoice for the 20% booking fee. Once you've paid the booking fee, you're locked in to our calendar and ready to go!

THE EVENT When you're all booked in, you can get back to planning everything else! I'm a phone call or email away and you're always welcome to reach out. I can send you our list of preferred suppliers if you're still trying to nut out a few last minute details. We'll take the reins on the rest of the styling, floral related!
